Every year on the first Sunday in February, the „Firó de la Flor d’Amtler“, the Almond Blossom Fair, takes place in Son Servera. Here, at the Cases de Ca s’Hereu, you can try a range of traditional almond dishes. There are also market stalls selling natural cosmetics, perfumes and various hand-crafted items, all made from almonds or their blossoms, or from almond oil.
