For more than 100 years, the New York Boat Show is opening the boating and fishing season. What are the latest types of yachts and boats? In addition, the latest trends in fishing and diving are presented. One of the exhibitions main focus, named „Boating Green“, is informing about fuel saving engines. Also biodegradable boat soaps, environmentally-friendly paints for boats and technologies to minimize impacts on the aquatic environment. Twiggy, the waterskiing Squirrel, will playfully teach young and old boat fans about life-saving equipment. Exiting games and contests for kids round out the program.
