The world’s largest exhibition for food, agriculture and horticulture has been running since 1926. Over 80 international ministries and food producers meet and show what the diverse world of food. From fruit, vegetables and dairy products to fish and meat, but also wine, beer and spirits – the culinary offer of the fair leaves nothing to be desired. What does the consumer want? What are the trends in the organic market and what are the latest findings in organic energy? With more than 300 symposia, seminars and congresses, the International Green Week offers a very comprehensive supporting program.
