A Trade Hall and a Public Hall divide this exhibition into two different areas. This event welcomes both merchants, suppliers and manufacturers as well as the general public. Cookery shows with distinguished chefs will be taking place alongside tastings and award ceremonies. Being held in tandem with the Food Expo are the International Tea Fair, the International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products as well as the HKTDC – Hong Kong Lifestyle Showcase.
