From the 10th to the 27th of January 2019 the Handball World Cup 2019 will take place.

Germany and Denmark are hosting the Handball World Cup 2019. Teams from Europe, Asia, Africa and America fight for the title of the world champion 2019. Even a team from Oceania is registered for the competition. The opening match will take place in the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin. Other venues are Hamburg and Cologne, as well as Copenhagen and Herning in Denmark. This is also where the final takes place in Jyske Bank Boxen Herning. In addition, between 11 and 17 January 2019, several matches will be played in the Olympia Hall Munich.
