The MERCADO DE NATAL Christmas market is held in Lisbon from 1 – 24 December 2017.
MERCADO DE NATAL – some Lisbon neighbourhoods put on their own small Christmas markets. But on the Praca do Comercio, a huge, illuminated Christmas tree is surrounded by numerous small wooden stalls laden with all sorts of delicacies, souvenirs and decorations. Vendors sell freshly roasted chestnuts, patisseries sell traditional confectionary and the popular ‚Bolo Rei‘ Christmas cake. The Christmas market also features a variety of entertaining attractions for children.
